International Traveller SIM is a roaming sim ready to be used abroad any time in over 18 countries around the world.

How many SIMs can I purchase?

You may purchase up to 5 sim (s) per NRIC / Passport.

Where can I purchase the International Traveller SIM?

You may purchase International Traveller SIM via Tune Talk website (Self-pick up at selected airports or worldwide shipping) and Tune Traveller Store (KLIA2).

How to configure my APN setting?

IOS Device (Version 12.4.5 and above)

  1. Go to Setting > Mobile Data > Click on Mobile Data Network.
  2. Ensure the APN under Mobile Data and Personal Hotspot are correct. APN : tunetalk
  3. Restart your device and make sure to enable Data Roaming and start browsing.

Android Device

  1. Go to Setting > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
  2. Press ADD and key in tunetalk in the name and APN section and Save. APN : tunetalk
  3. Restart your device and make sure to enable Data Roaming and start browsing. *Slot 1 for Dual Sim Phones
What do I do if my SIM is not able to access the internet?

How do I monitor my data usage limit?

You can monitor your data usage through Tune Talk Apps and you will receive an SMS notification when you have exceeded 90% or 100% of data quota usage.

What do I do if I need more data or extend the validity while abroad?

You may repurchase the same plan through Tune Talk Apps only and proceed with online payment (Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Banking) There is no subscription limit and you may purchase additional plans at any point of time within the time frame.

Can I continue using the International Traveller SIM once the validity expires?

You need to re-subscribe the same plan (RM30 or RM60) through Tune Talk Apps before the expiry date (7th Day from activation day) or few days before expiry date to stay connected.

What if I have to travel to different countries and my International Traveller SIM still have remaining data? Can I use it?

You may use the International Traveller SIM if you are travelling to the same group of countries that support our roaming sim as long as the validity didn’t expire.

RED Pack: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Macau (SAR), Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong (SAR), Taipei (Kaohsiung), Myanmar, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

BLACK Pack: China, Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, India and South Korea.

***Anyhow, if you travel to another country which is excluded from the group of countries mentioned, you need to purchase a different pack of International Traveller SIM.
